Privacy note

This site asks for one thing: an email address, and a name if you want to give one, so we can send you the Caring Pickleball Newsletter. That is the only personal information we collect.

We use it to send the newsletter and to reply if you write to us. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the people who run this site and the email service that delivers the newsletter. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

Like most websites, this one is hosted on WordPress.com, which records standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser types in server logs. Their handling of that data is described in the Automattic privacy policy.

Site operator: Anywhere Pickleball LLC, San Marcos, California, which holds the Caring Pickleball and Caring Picklers marks and looks after this site. To ask about your data, correct it, or have it deleted, write to hey@caringpicklers.org.
